Valued Customers and Partners,

enVerid’s mission is to make the world a cleaner, healthier place – both inside and out – by developing technology that delivers energy savings and healthier indoor air quality (IAQ) while reducing carbon emissions. The employees of enVerid will continue driving this mission forward along with our partners as we work through the impacts of COVID-19. We have taken the following steps to protect the health and wellbeing of our employees and their families while continuing to serve our customers and partners.

Supporting our Partners

Like most of you, starting last Monday we moved to a Virtual Office environment across the company. Using many old tools and some new tools, we have remained productive and continued to support our partners. Please continue to contact us through your usual channels or by calling our main office number (617-795-4000) and we will be glad to serve you. Internally, we are using regular virtual team meetings and communication tools to ensure that we remain connected and coordinated to best serve you.

Reduced Travel

We have implemented a Restricted Travel policy to protect the health of our employees and their families. All non-essential travel has been stopped. We will continue providing Sales support virtually. Travel for start-up and service for critical projects is being authorized on a case-by-case basis when all other solutions have been exhausted to meet customer commitments.

Orders & Service

There may be some impacts on equipment deliveries as well as service work. We will proactively communicate any impacts. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Planning for the Future

enVerid recently closed a large round of financing. This coupled with our proven track record of field deployments positions us well to be your partner for the long term. We will share additional details about our recent financing in the weeks to come.

We will continue to monitor the situation and follow the advice and guidance of federal and state officials and health authorities. We will make adjustments as needed to safely continue operations.
